How we work
Your total time investment before launch: about 90 minutes. Everything else - research, infrastructure, data, copy - happens on our side of the wall. Here's the whole journey, day by day.
DAY 0 · 30 MINUTES
We talk about three things: what you offer, why it wins, and to whom it should go. We'll also tell you honestly if cold outreach is the wrong tool for your case - it happens, and we'd rather say it on day zero.
DAYS 1–3
We turn the call into a written ideal customer profile - industries, company sizes, roles, buying signals - plus the messaging angles we'll test. You review it in 15 minutes and approve or adjust. This document steers everything that follows.
WEEK 1
Lookalike sending domains registered, mailboxes created, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured and verified, warmup sequences switched on. The footprint - how many domains and mailboxes - is sized to your goals and easy to scale later. On shared infrastructure that's already warm, early conservative sends can start sooner.
WEEKS 1–2
Prospects researched against the ICP, enriched with context, deduplicated against your existing customers and suppression list, then verified three ways. Anything questionable gets cut - a smaller clean list beats a big dirty one every time.
WEEKS 2–3
You bring the copy, we fix and tweak it for deliverability and replies - our recommended setup - or we write it from scratch if you prefer. Plus LinkedIn touches if you're running the mixed play. You see and approve every word before it ships.
WEEKS 1–4 · THE STEP WE REFUSE TO RUSH
New mailboxes earn reputation gradually: small human-like volumes, real conversations, daily ramping - for 3-4 weeks. This is the step that decides whether you land in the inbox or in spam, and getting it wrong damages deliverability drastically. Month one is mostly warmup and configuration by design; anyone promising full volume in week one is burning your domains.
WEEKS 4–5 · LIFT-OFF
Warmup complete, campaigns go live and scale to full volume. We watch placement, opens and replies daily, and push sending up only as the data says the angle and audience are right.
EVERY WEEK AFTER
Weekly iteration on copy, segments, timing and targets. A plain-language report every week: what we sent, what landed, what we're changing. Replies become meetings; meetings become a pipeline you can forecast.
